Senior institutional transformation, governance and development consultant with more than 20 years of experience across public-sector reform, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, entrepreneurship, social protection, gender and inclusion. He has completed more than 40 consulting, research and evaluation assignments for the Government of Zanzibar, universities, civil society and programmes financed or commissioned by the World Bank, UNICEF and ILO. His profile combines government planning and donor-coordination experience, academic leadership, multidisciplinary consulting, stakeholder facilitation and evidence-based strategy design. He is the Founder and Managing Director of SAMOK Consulting Company Limited and a Lecturer and Head of Consultancy at the State University of Zanzibar's School of Business.
