Najat Zahor Said is a Tanzanian mathematics educator and Assistant Lecturer in Mathematics at the State University of Zanzibar (SUZA). She holds a Master of Science in Mathematical Sciences from the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS–Tanzania) and a Bachelor of Science with Education from SUZA. She has experience in mathematics teaching, content development, teacher training, and the development of mathematics teaching and learning materials. Najat is passionate about mathematics education, STEM, and mentoring young people, with a particular interest in supporting learners and teachers to develop their knowledge, skills, and confidence in mathematics and related fields.
